🚀 AI & Sales Operations Engineer (VIE) 🚀
As an AI & Sales Operations Engineer in VIE, you will build the next generation of AI tools that will impact over 900 people. This is an opportunity to bridge cutting-edge AI, Data Engineering, and business impact, collaborating directly with Data Analysts, Engineers, and C-levels in France, Spain, and Italy from our Barcelona office.
🎯 Your Missions 🎯
1. The AI Lab (Speech-to-Insights & RAG)
- AI Call Intelligence: You will assist Data Engineers in monitoring and optimizing our AI pipeline for call transcription. You will be responsible for model performance, conduct A/B tests, analyze confusion matrices, and master meta-prompting to extract value from thousands of daily conversations.
- Next-Gen Knowledge: You will work with Solution Architects and Sales Ops teams to build and deploy the "papernest brain." You will use Agentic AI, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and vector databases (Vertex AI, Gemini, Claude) to create innovative interfaces (chatbots, advanced search engines, etc.) that give our sales teams "superpowers."
- High-Impact Analytics: You will help Data Analysts and Ops teams transform raw data and AI outputs into actionable insights through tables, dashboards, and spreadsheets to improve profitability and efficiency.
2. Data Engineering & Provider Orchestration
- Automated Data Pipelines: You will assist Sales Ops and Data Engineers with end-to-end data pipelines for third-party providers. You will manage data injection and contract tracking, from initiation to billing, using SQL, YAML, and Python.
- System Reliability: You will ensure data robustness by implementing alert systems and providing technical support during incidents to guarantee 24/7 continuous operation.
3. Lean Automation & "Vibe-Coding"
- Modern Stack: You will develop scalable automations using a mix of no-code tools (APIs, Salesforce Flow, Make, Zapier, Xano, Supabase, Weweb...).
- Rapid Prototyping: We value speed and intuition: you will use AI-assisted code to quickly prototype and deploy internal tools to simplify the daily lives of Ops teams.
💡 Your Profile 💡
- Education: Master's degree in engineering, data science, or an equivalent technical field.
- AI Aptitude & Technical Stack: Comfortable with SQL, Python, and APIs, with a strong desire to learn and practice within the generative AI ecosystem (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, Agentic AI, "vibe-coding").
- Analytical & Lean Mindset: Creative problem-solving approach, ability to listen, structure, and rationalize challenges, and propose pragmatic solutions.
- Ownership: Autonomy, proactivity, ability to manage and deliver multiple projects in parallel.
- Team Spirit: Positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, and a collaborative spirit.
- Languages: Fluent English and French are essential; Spanish is a real plus.
